About Me

Hiya, 

My name is Blaithin, meaning Little flower in Irish

I have a BA first honors degree in Illustration from UCLAN.

 

I've loved creating and Illustrating from my imagination, from as early as I can remember. My main inspiration for my work is my family, and growing up in Ireland, surrounded by beautiful scenery and even more beautiful stories. Raised with tales of giants and fairies, and a family full of creatives, it's clear to me where my imagination came from.

I enjoy drawing and making art, taking walks through nature, playing games, spending time with my hamsters: Honey and Bluebell and listening to Livin' La Vida Loca by Ricky Martin

I love designing and working on children's Illustrations, writing stories, designing concepts for different characters and environments and making anything wacky and imaginative come to life with my Illustrations.
